The efm Graduate Program is a full-time employment opportunity open to students in their final year of study or recent graduates of undergraduate degrees. Most graduates come from commerce, business, finance, supply chain optimisation and technology.
Program information
Located in Melbourne, the program offers up to 6 graduates:
- A comprehensive induction program
- Structured rotations in key roles within the business
- Dedicated learning and development opportunities aligned to building critical skills and capability
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring from senior leaders
- Support to find a permanent role in your chosen field upon completion of the program.

Applications will open on Monday 9th October 2023. Applications will close on Friday 17th November 2023. We will be assessing applications immediately and we will be progressing candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. Therefore we may fill the 6 vacancies before the application closing date.

To be eligible for our Graduate Program you’ll need to be in your final year of study, or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. You will also need to have full-time working rights within Australia at the start of the program. Academic transcripts will be requested upon successfully reaching the final stage to verify your degree.

Yes. As part of the program you will participate in 4 rotations each of 3 months duration. One rotation will be in Customer Service, another Finance Operations and the other two will be partly determined by your areas of interest. The structured rotations provide an opportunity for you to explore different career pathways to see where your interests lie, whilst building key capabilities and participating in role-specific learning. Rotations are available within:
- Customer Service
- Commercial – New Business
- Commercial – Existing
- Commercial Excellence
- Finance Operations
- Account Management
- Warehousing
- People and Performance
- Sales and Onboarding

If you are eligible for the Graduate Program, simply submit your application here. Expect a phone call from our Talent Acquisition team about 1-2 weeks afterwards. We may then invite you into the office for an interview. The final step is a meet and greet with our CEO.
