The recruitment process
1. Apply for a role
Review current vacancies and apply online. Even if you don't have experience in logistics, if you have transferable skills, a willingness to learn and share our values, then you could be what we're looking for.View current roles
2. Video call
If we think we could be a great fit for each other, we will set up a video call. This is a chance for us to explore your skills, experience and goals. It is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role, team and life at efm.
Following a video call, you may be invited to attend an interview with the hiring manager and Team Leads to provide deeper insight into the role. This may be followed by a second interview with the Executive General Manager and a third with our CEO.
If you are successful, we will make you an offer. Once you have signed your letter of engagement and we have agreed a start date, you will commence our onboarding training to set up for success.
