As a Project Business Analyst you will:

  • Complete project delivery, with ownership of the governance, methodologies and tools required for delivering system and business change across the organization.

  • Converting data into information via analytics and modelling, to quantify the commercial impact of business decisions and enabling stakeholders to drive improvements to the business

  • Provide insights and actionable items as outcomes from analytical projects

  • Support procurement activities by presenting negotiation options

  • Keep updated with market trends and emerging opportunities for solutions beneficial to efm customers

  • Enhance processes for both internal and external stakeholders where appropriate

  • Drive initiatives to reduce cost to serve via process improvement and automation

  • Provide support to the Leadership team with financial analysis and reporting projects as requested

The successful candidate will have:

  • University qualifications (preferable in commerce/business/supply chain/information systems)

  • 4+ year’s work experience in an analytical role for a sales team and/or within a logistics or supply chain management business

  • Numeracy skills & high commercial acumen

  • Experience within a fast paced and demanding business environment

  • Advanced financial modelling and data analysis

  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications

  • Knowledge of BI Software, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and product knowledge advantageous

  • Managerial experience is desired, with growth opportunities available
