As a Finance Manager - Operations you will:

  • Optimise the financial, operational, process and system performance across the Finance department and where appropriate the broader business

  • Proactively identify business improvement initiatives and practices that maximise the performance and efficiency of the department

  • Drive and project manage the implementation of new initiatives, technology and business practices

  • Oversee the Billing, Claims and Quality Assurance functions – a team of c/ 20

  • Oversee the delivery of the weekly billing close requirements within reporting timelines

  • Ensure continued adherence to Group accounting and reporting policies

  • Other ad hoc duties as determined by the Chief Financial Officer

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least five years’ experience in a Finance Operations role in a growing dynamic organisation

  • Proven track record in identifying and implementing "business improvement" initiatives

  • Previous experience leading and managing large teams

  • Strong track record in developing and managing people

  • Be able to demonstrate strong system, data and analytical skills

  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
