The purpose of the Customer Service Officer role is to proactively interact with customers and carriers while processing bookings, enquiries and special requests accurately and in a timely manner.

‘Due to internal progression and growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Officer to join our team based in the Brandon Office Park, Glen Waverley. We’re looking for energetic, driven and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. This Part Time role will require full time training onsite for 4 weeks and then regular shift will commence 1 day per week from 4pm-10pm on Saturdays (from home).  

As a Customer Service Officer:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to achieve internal goals and address customer requirements

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your key enterprise customers

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Provide accurate regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders


The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Transport & Logistics industry – either in Customer Support / Bookings is preferred but not required

  • Strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results

  • Ability to provide effective solutions to address customer needs

  • Previous exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar an advantage) – not essential
