We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team based in Glen Waverley. We’re looking for an energetic, driven and motivated individual to join our dynamic Finance Team.

As an Accounts Payable Officer you will:

  • Manage the operations of the accounts payable and expense covering invoice processing, payments, expenses, etc
  • Ensure all Accounts Payable transaction types processed on time
  • Investigating and resolving all invoice claims and discrepancies
  • Investigating and resolving system issues with Concur / NetSuite
  • Ensure monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and supplier rebates
  • Ensure weekly and monthly payment runs are completed on time
  • Follow through on all accounts payable related queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration of corporate cards
  • Provide payment reports/summaries as requested
  • Maintain Delegation of Authority matrix across Concur/NetSuite & payments
  • Provide payment reports/summaries as requested

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 4  years of accounts payable experience or other relevant experience, preferably in the Freight/Transport environment
  • Concur and NetSuite experience is essential
  • Finance/Accounting qualification or a relevant qualification favourable
