We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team based in Perth. We're looking for an energetic, driven and motivated individual to join our dynamic Melbourne Team.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relations

  • Act as an overall contact and escalation point

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Analysing carrier performance and raising any issues or trends

  • Focus on the retention of customers through constant engagement

  • Focus on identifying new business and new market opportunities to generate new sales leads

  • Communicating monthly/quarterly reporting to key stakeholders

The Candidate: 

  • 3+ year's work experience in an Account Manager/Business Development role, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management

  • Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management

  • Proven track-record highlighting sales achievement

  • Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business

  • Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
